Dearly beloved wife of the late Malcolm, much loved mum of Andrew, Phil and the late Stephen.
A treasured granny of Chris, Matthew, Rachel and Jonathan and proud great granny of Anna, Jake, Lydia, Sam, Joel, Holly, Oliver, Norah, Luke and Esther.
She will be very sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A short committal service will take place at Huddersfield Crematorium at 10.30am on Friday 15th December, followed by a celebration of Gwen's life at Mount Methodist Church, Huddersfield HD3 3UQ at 11.30am.
Family flowers only please.
Donations, in lieu, will be gratefully received for Breast Cancer Now. A plate will be provided at the church.
